Originally constructed as an outbuilding to the accompanying Edwardian Villa in 1902, this space has been lovingly converted into a self contained apartment. A truly unique vaulted space that is nestled away just moments from everything the Village has to offer. Tynemouth is an oasis on the North East coast with stunning beaches, a vibrant center full of independent stores & 3 beaches just a stroll away!

**The space** Private entrance to your own dedicated space featuring a full bathroom with drencher shower and under floor heating. An entrance hallway leads to an open plan living area making up the entirety of the vaulted space. 3 huge sky lights flood this room with light. Solar black out blinds & integrated window black outs reduce the light to zero for sleeping or day time movies!

A 2 seater leather sofa & foot stool are set up in front of a 65 inch LED television with Live & Smart TV functionality (incl. Netflix, Amazon Prime, iPlayer etc).

A full kitchen has refrigerator, freezer, oven/grill, 2 plate induction hob and sink with drainer. A coffee machine and all kitchen essentials are supplied.

Clothes rail, shelves & bedside cabinets available for storage. Coat pegs in the hall way. Hair dryer supplied.

Dining room table doubles as a work space with 4 comfortable faux-leather dining chairs.

The space accommodates 2 adults in a King Size bed sourced from a French Chateau! Air beds & cots are available on request to accommodate children.

Bicycles very welcome and can be locked securely off-street in the garden.

** We kindly ask that all noise is kept to an absolute minimum when coming & going from the air bnb at all times. A zero external noise policy after 8pm – we are incredibly lucky to live in such a quiet neighbourhood and ask all guests to fully respect that – thank you 🙂 ) **

**Guest access** The entrance is through large double gates to the rear of our property. Private off-street parking for compact/medium cars directly through these gates. Larger cars (estates/SUVs) are welcome to park on our front drive. More detailed instructions & directions available post booking.
